RELIABILITY
MidPhase builds their own servers, using dual processor Xeons, eight gigabytes of RAM, and Raid 5 arrays. They maintain automated backups, and keep a watchful eye 24 hours a day.

PRICE VALUE
MidPhase features the most diverse set of server operating environments. They provide shared hosting, virtual private servers, dedicated servers, linux and windows plans, the list goes on. The bandwidth level also cannot be topped.

CONTROL PANEL
MidPhase utilizes a custom skin for cPanel as their main backend, and also (with VPS service) support Plesk and Webmin. They include many additional features, such as a Site Builder, and various marketing tools. They do offer a demo on their website.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The MidPhase support staff is great. Within minutes of signing up, I was contacted by the anti-fraud department to make sure the signup was legitimate, and to answer any questions I may have already come up with.
